On Tuesday the 9th of December, we will be going for a big christmas meal at The Rose Pub, Embankment, to celebrate the end of an amazing first term as well of course the approach of CHRISTMAS DAY!!!!

Dinner will be at 20:00 and we will be having the pub's set 3 course Christmas menu (please see picture posted below). It is all traditional English christmas food on offer! The Erasmus Society will be subsidising the price of this for members, to make it just £20 :)

In order to book a table at the pub, we must pay a deposit of £10 per person by this Friday and so we must know how many people are going to come by then. For this reason, we ask you to pay in advance on the union website - https://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/shop/club-society-project-products/erasmus-products. IMPORTANT: WE CANNOT CONSIDER YOU AS ATTENDING UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID (even if you click attending on this event). Sorry about this but it is how it must work! Please do this BY 6PM THIS FRIDAY (28TH OF NOVEMBER) so we can secure a table for the right number of people. The link to pay will no longer work after this time.

Finally, please either send us an email at erasmus@imperial.ac.uk or write on this event page with your meal choices! We will need these by the 2nd of December latest.
